Further details with Weigh-in Times etc are on the wall in the dojo, and will be emailed out closer to the event.
Please be aware time of weigh in does not indicate time of contests – Depending on the flow of the day, you may weigh in over an hour or more before your reach the mat to compete.
No refunds will be given once you have paid, so please check you can definitely make it before paying.
Please ensure you have signed up, and been weighed & registered at the club check in desk.

There are no refunds on Session PAYG Passes or Competition Entries
General products, Judogi etc.
Refunds can only be offered for faulty products.
Please ensure you have been sized for Judogi etc before completing your purchase.
Session PAYG Passes are valid for one training session, they are not tied to a specific date and can be used up to 1 month after purcahse.
Competition Entries are only valid for the named Competition - In the event the organiser changes the date or cancels, we will discuss your options with you
